Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Content OS platform (“AI Content OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI-powered service for generating, scheduling, and publishing social media content. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Questions about these Terms? Contact our team at support@aicontentos.com.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you individually and the entity. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. We encourage you to read them in full before using the Service.
Description of Service
AI Content OS is an autonomous content operating system that uses AI agents to help you plan, generate, review, optimize, schedule, and publish social media content. Depending on the plan you select, the Service may include:
- AI content generation: the creation of posts, captions, hashtags, and supporting media using third-party AI models you configure.
- Publishing automation: the ability to schedule and publish content to connected Facebook, Instagram, and Threads accounts through their official APIs.
- Analytics and insights: reporting on reach, engagement, and performance across your connected platforms.
- Collaboration tools: where available, team management, approval workflows, and shared content libraries.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and may introduce or change pricing for new functionality, at any time. Terminating the Service in whole or in part does not give you a refund for features you have already paid for, except as required by law or set out in the Payments section.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you do with the Service, including the content you generate, approve, schedule, and publish. Specifically, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your accounts, and keep your account information up to date.
- Review all AI-generated content before it is published, and take full responsibility for its accuracy, legality, and suitability.
- Ensure you have the rights and permissions necessary to post the content you publish, including rights to any images, text, music, or trademarks you use.
- Keep your login credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
- Comply with the Terms of Service, community standards, and platform policies of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and any other platform you connect to the Service.
- Provide your own AI provider API keys where required, and comply with the terms of those providers when using their services.
You are solely responsible for any charges, penalties, or platform restrictions that arise from content you publish or actions you take using the Service.
Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported sign-in method such as Facebook Login. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. You must not create or use accounts under a false identity, or register more than one account without our permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your account tokens and API keys are your responsibility. We store them encrypted and use them only to operate the Service on your behalf. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Facebook, Instagram, and Threads Integrations
How the Service interacts with Meta platforms when you connect your accounts.
When you connect Facebook — through Facebook Login or direct connection — you grant the Service the permissions to manage the Pages you authorize. We publish content to your Pages only when you explicitly schedule or approve a post.
You can revoke access at any time from the Platforms page or directly in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). Revoking access stops all publishing and data collection from our side.
Connecting a Business or Creator account (via a linked Facebook Page) allows the Service to schedule and publish posts and Reels you approve, and to read performance insights for your analytics dashboard.
We never access private accounts, direct messages, or content you have not chosen to manage through the Service. Instagram does not sponsor or endorse AI Content OS.
Threads
Connecting a Threads account allows the Service to schedule and publish threads you approve and to report engagement analytics through the Threads API.
You can disconnect Threads at any time. Our use of Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the platform-specific policies for each service.
You must maintain the permissions you grant to us. If you remove or invalidate a connection, publishing for that platform will stop and we will no longer access that account. You are responsible for any consequences of disconnecting a platform, including missed scheduled posts.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with each platform's terms. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or Threads.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services that operate under their own terms, including AI providers you configure (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, or OpenRouter), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X), and payment processors.
Your use of each third-party service is subject to that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, any third-party service, its availability, or its processing of your data. When you connect a third party to the Service, you agree to that third party's terms in addition to these Terms.
Certain features, including AI content generation, depend on the continued availability of third-party APIs. We may modify or discontinue integrations as third parties change their offerings, and we are not liable for losses caused by the unavailability, changes, or termination of any third-party service.
AI Generated Content Disclaimer
AI Content OS uses machine-learning models to generate text and media based on your prompts and settings. AI-generated content is experimental and probabilistic. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, quality, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.
- AI output may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or inappropriate for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.
- AI output may closely resemble content generated for other users or existing works. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, or free of third-party rights.
- AI models are provided by third parties. We do not control their behavior and accept no liability for outputs they produce, including content that violates platform policies, laws, or regulations.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring published content complies with the laws and platform policies that apply to you, including disclosure requirements for AI-generated content (for example, labeling synthetic media under Meta's policies).
Treat AI output as a draft. You are the publisher of record for everything the Service posts on your behalf, and you assume all responsibility for that content.
Content Ownership
Full ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service remains with you (or your licensors). We claim no ownership over your posts, drafts, media, brand guidelines, or any output the Service generates for you.
By providing content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and reproduce that content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, to run our AI agents, publish your scheduled posts, generate analytics, and provide support. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where copies are retained for backup, legal, or security purposes.
We do not sell your content and do not use it to train our models or the models of third parties. The Service and all of its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own authorized business purposes.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
- Generate or distribute spam, phishing content, deceptive information, fake engagement, or content intended to mislead or manipulate individuals or algorithms.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features, rate limits, or the access controls of any connected platform.
- Use scrapers, robots, or automated means to access the Service except through the intended API surface and features.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties for their direct commercial use without an appropriate business plan.
- Attempt to access the accounts or data of other users, or retrieve data about other users without their consent.
Violating this policy may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, or legal action. We may also report unlawful conduct to the relevant platform or law enforcement authority.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described there.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for backing up your own important content.
Payments (Future Ready)
The Service currently operates as a free platform. We plan to introduce paid subscription plans. This section describes how payments will work once paid plans are available, so the Terms are ready when billing is launched.
- Plans and pricing: paid plans and their features will be displayed on our website before you subscribe. We may change plan pricing from time to time; we will notify you in advance of any price change that affects your subscription.
- Billing and payment: subscription fees will be charged in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) using the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Taxes: you are responsible for all applicable taxes, and our fees are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds and cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will publish clear refund policies before charging for the first time.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Before any feature becomes paid, we will provide notice and continue to honor existing free tiers according to the terms published at that time.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, engaged in unlawful activity, or harmed other users or the Service.
- Non-payment: unpaid accounts may be suspended until payment is received (once paid plans exist).
- Platform rules: if a connected platform requires us to discontinue access for a particular account, we will suspend that integration.
- Severe violations: conduct that is illegal, harmful, or that we believe is an attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service may result in immediate termination without refund.
If we suspend or terminate your account, you may reasonably request a copy of your data for 30 days after termination to facilitate a migration, and we will honor such requests where they do not conflict with our obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Content OS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Content published automatically through the Service can affect your accounts, reputation, and revenue. You acknowledge that scheduling and publishing carries risk and you use the Service at your own risk.
- AI output is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations, perform well, or comply with every platform rule.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or liability arising under consumer-protection laws where you are a consumer.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our business, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and through an in-app notice, and we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version, you must stop using the Service. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent to material changes prospectively.
